Some things just go perfectly together. Music and exercise is not excluded from this list of perfect pairings. In fact, I hate working out without my tunes. This Week’s Update
I still have not officially join weightwatchers but I’m planning on it. Some unexpected expenses came up this month. But I have been following the old plan.
I have started drinking more water. I have found that adding fresh cucumbers to my water tastes better than adding lemons. And it doesn't cause the break-out.
Junk Food Reduction
Instead of candy bars, I have been eating carrot sticks, cucumbers, and fresh fruits. To my surprise this has been working. Chocolate cravings has been at a low.
Current weight- 144.8 I have lost a total of 18.2 pounds. Yay Me!
