I’m officially naming
this week Beauty Week. Each post will be dedicated to beauty remedies.
Best sure to enter the giveaway below.
In case you missed
it, hop on over to The Houtz House Party and read my post about the many cosmetic
uses of baking soda.
Today I will share
with you 5 beauty uses for some common household products.
Witch Hazel
Reduces acne &
help with skins texture. I use this instead of expensive toners.
Coconut Oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Make an excellent
deep condition for curly & kinky hair and it feels great on the skin.
Lemons
Rub a freshly cut
lemon on elbows and knees to soften rough spots and lighten dark areas.
Soak your nails in
fresh lemon juice weekly for 10 minutes for stronger nails. Be sure to check
you hands for cuts and scrapes to avoid surprises.
Baby Oil
Great for removing
eye make-up.
Be sure to stop by
tomorrow.
