Hey Fabulous
Folks! Its me…the girl that has been neglected this blog. I’m writing from my
hotel room in the super humid Jacksonville, Florida after surviving my first
day of this PhD colloquium. Pray for me y’all. Three more days to go.
And speaking of
prayer, last night I had a spirit-shaking event. If you are familiar with me or
my blog then you may know that spirituality and religion are a struggle for me.
To be honest, I’m not really saved, sanctified, and filled with the Holy
Spirit. I’m more of the questioning, doubtful, wondering type. Don’t worry… I’m
working on it. Anywho, I was packing my stuff last night and when I was
double checking my wallet I couldn’t find credit card. Doesn’t sound like a big deal right…WRONG. I needed this card for my hotel and travel fare and without it I was S-O-L. After two hours of turning my house upside down looking for this card, I was feeling deflated and defeated… And not to mention sleepy because it was 1 in the morning. On the verge of tears (yes…I’m a cry baby), I said a little pray. Nothing extra spectacular, just a God help me find this card. I kid you not, less than five minute later I found that card in some dirty jeans I don’t even remember wearing. Point of this story… God is AWESOME! He (or she…I’m still wondering about this) helps us in ways we cannot begin to understand. So today I’m simply thankful.

Outside of
sharing my event with you guys, I wanted to introduce you to two very fabulous
ladies. Be sure to drop by and give them a holler in your free time.
Hi! I'm Breenah and I'm a SAHM in Kansas. I'm married to Jarrod and we have a one year old little girl. Most of my blog (and life)
What
is your favorite thing about fall?
Boots,
sweaters, and lots of coffee drinks.
What
was the last song you listened to?
Good
Time - Owl City & Carly Rae Jepsen
What
was the last thing you pinned?
Hi,
I am Julie. I am a wife of 16 years, yes, believe it. I am a mom of 3 crazy
kiddos that keep me super busy and crazed, but so in love every single day. I
am a native american and I am completely in love with Jesus. He was brought me
through some really hard times and I am so thankful for his peace. I blog about
random things, like things my kids say, or fashion and I have a fun link up
called 50 Shades Of Stupid, where we tell the embarrassing and stupid things
we've done or said. But mostly, I love to encourage people from a real place,
and let you know that you ARE beautiful and valuable and have purpose. Hope you
come say HI!
What
is your favorite thing about fall?
I
love the coziness of fall all together. I love boots and sweaters, going to
Barnes and Noble or Starbucks on a chilly day and getting a salted caramel hot
chocolate. I love going to pumpkin farms with my kids. ALL of it.
What
was the last song you listened to?
Mean
by Taylor Swift
What was the last thing you pinned?
I
pinned a few quotes a while ago. I don't really pin. Isn't that so NOT blogger
of me? I just have a hard time getting into it. I'd rather be writing or
editing photos.
